The Sawyer Diamond Earring

I wish I could leave a better review, this was my first purchase from Diamond For Good and I was hoping to find a new jewelery dealer online. I paid a little over $1,000 for diamond hoop earrings (gift for my Wife). What arrived we're SO different from the pictures on the website, I initially thought they'd sent me the wrong item. The earrings themselves were VERY thin and fragile and one was even already bent when I took it out of the box (see picture)!!! I know online jewelery merchants routinely use macro lens' and crafty angles to make the pieces look appealing, but this was the biggest difference in my many years of purchasing jewelry online. Nothing about the piece was good, the cloudy pave diamonds looked like just a setting, but having one arrive already bent when this was intended to be a gift was unacceptable, as was the almost false advertising. I initiated a refund about 5 minutes after I received them, I'm very, very disappointed and don't see how I could ever make a purchase here again.
